Shipping & Return Policies
ReturnsIf for any reason you do not want to keep an item you have purchased, you may return any unused, unopened, undamaged item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the item’s purchase price. Please be advised that items must be repacked in the original box used to ship it to you. Please contact us by email at service@artscraftsusa.com for your Return Authorization Number (within 15 days of purchase). Items to be returned must be authorized first. Once the number has been issued, please print it on the outside of the box.
If any items from your order are missing or damaged when your package arrives, please contact a customer service representative for assistance within 2 business days of delivery by sending an email containing your name, order number and a description of the problem to service@artscraftsusa.com. We will make arrangement to mail missing/broken items or issue a return authorization number that should be placed on the box.
If you have been shipped an incorrect item, please email service@artscraftsusa.com with the order number and a brief description of the mis-shipment.
