Arts Crafts USA is dedicate to selling arts & crafts supplies to individuals and educational organizations such as schools & camps. Arts Crafts is owned and operated Studio Eclipse LLC , a family owned multi-channel / multi-site online retailer. We place great emphasis on site security and personal identity theft protection.

Arts Crafts USA offers a selection of over 90,000 craft items from more than 400 different craft designers, manufacturers and importers. We source our inventory from our own warehouse and from several distributors across the country. Our stock levels are refreshed daily and kept as accurate as possible. Given our huge catalog and multi-source options, we would like to highlight important aspects of how we operate:

1. Credit Cards. When you place an order with Arts Crafts USA using credit cards, our systems will only AUTHORIZE the sale (your cards will not be charged and we do not collect any funds). The sale will be completed (moving from Authorized to Captured status) only when we ship your order.

2. Debit Cards. When you use a debit card, your bank will move the funds from your account to a temporary holding account run by your bank. We only received those funds when the order is finalized & shipped.

3. Shipping Times. Every item in our store is marked with one of three shipping time-frames:

• Ships in 1-2 days, means a warehoused item and ships immediately.

• Ships in 5-8 days, means item is sourced from distributor and may take up to 5 to 8 days so ship. In most cases items ship in 4-5 days.
  

• Ships in 15-30 days, means item is out-of -stock at all distributors. Most art & crafts items are usually replenished within 30 days. If any item takes longer than 30 days, we will contact you before canceling you order. Any unshipped back-ordered item will be automatically canceled after 30 days.

4. Shipping Locations. Currently, we ship only to US & Canadian addresses. If you wish to ship to another country, please contact us and we will gladly make special arrangements.

5. Educational Discounts. If you are purchasing more than $250 for an educational organization (e.g. schools, camps) we offer special discounts. Please contact us for details.
